A review of the definition, etiology, differential diagnosis,
assessment and management of tennis elbow is presented. "Tennis elbow"
is depicted as a "waste basket" term, and two major types are discussed:
intra-articular and extra-articular. The differential diagnosis, salient
features and management of each type is discussed for the acute,
subacute and chronic phases. Therapy includes adjustment, manipulation,
and associated therapies and procedures.

Meralgia Paresthetica: A Complication of
Chiropractic Therapy
ALLAN G.J. TERRETT
The clinical anatomy of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve is
reviewed, and a number of previously recorded cases of the compression
neuropathy known as meralgia paresthetica are considered. A heretofore
unreported case is suggested, and a case of iatrogenic complication from
chiropractic therapy is described to support this view.
